Ronnie Ortiz Indicted in Ocean County

Tempers and tans are all too common on the Jersey Shore, and it?s no wonder Ronnie Ortiz was indicted for punching someone during a fight by a grand jury in Ocean County on Friday (December 17).

The reality TV star was charged with assault stemming from a scuffle with a guy named Stephen Izzo that happened in season one of ?Jersey Shore.?

Ortiz was charged with one count of third-degree assault ... punishable by up to five years in state prison. The alleged incident went down September 4, 2009 in Seaside Heights, NJ.

Report: Shaq Dumped Hoopz, Repossessed Her Bling

Oh no! After allegedly getting engaged a few months back, the popular gossip blog MediaTakeOut is reporting that Shaquille O’Neal and Nicole “Hoopz” Alexander have called it quits. There are scant few details about the events that led to the breakup of the couple that was last spotted happily dressed in drag on Halloween, but sources tell MTO that Shaq got so upset that he up and repossessed the $500,000 engagement ring that Hoopz was flashing back in September.
