Kara DioGuardi: Sued Over Car Crash

She's just been slapped with a lawsuit stemming from a 2010 car crash that allegedly left one man with a neck injury, but Kara DioGuardi says she wasn't even in the car at the time!

The legal action has been taken by Joel Postorino, who claims he suffered a serious disk injury after a woman driving Kara's co-registered vehicle hit the back of his Porsche at an L.A. intersection last year.

The 40-year-old's ex-employee, Christina Kline, was actually the one at the wheel during the time of the incident, so, according to the songwriter's reps, that means she shouldn't be on the hook for the $250,000 in damages.

DioGuardi's people furthered that thought in a statement released to "TMZ," telling, "When Ms. Kline left Kara?s company in November 2009, she was asked to remove Kara?s name from the registration, but never did. She was in a car accident in May 2010 that Kara did not know about until yesterday when she was served papers."

We suspect Coleen Rooney?s pals have been hassling her to join Twitter for quite some time by telling her how much fun it is, but within days of signing up Wayne Rooney?s missus has already had her first row.

It started when a user called Louise Horgan decided, for no apparent reason, to attack Coleen.

Louise wrote, ?You will probally (sic) see in the papers he?s shagged someone again,? to which Coleen replied, ?Don?t be bothered about my life love!!?

Horgan responded, ?I?m not bothered I?m just saying.?

After that Coleen wisely decided to ignore the strange lady, who clearly has too much time on her hands, and instead sent a message to her brother asking him to tell Wayne to bath their son, give him his milk and put him to bed.

But unfortunately Coleen wasn?t getting rid of Louise that easily as she then replied, ?Wayne can?t bath him or giv (sic) him milk or put him bed because he?s shagging a prozzy in your bed? ? Charming, what a lovely lady.

Rather than ignore her, which is probably what she should have done, Coleen replied, ?Ha that?s become old news now you know!! Haven?t you got ur own boyfriend and son to be worrying about, instead of mine!!?

The ladies then continued to bicker back and forth, but we can?t be bothered to repeat what they said as it?s a little bit tedious, but suffice to say Coleen eventually blocked Louise and all?s well that ends well.

BBC America Acquires 'Battlestar Galactica'
