Rejoice! ?Luther? Gets a Third Season

Most American viewers have yet to see the second season of “Luther.” Regardless,� fans will probably be over the moon to hear that BBC One has already ordered a third series of the intense psychological thriller, starring Idris Elba and Ruth Wilson.

According to IndieWire, BBC One senior executive Danny Cohen made the announcement at the Edinburgh TV Festival. But really, anyone who looked at the UK ratings for season two would have to assume that a third season was inevitable.
