Secrets to Stacy Keibler?s Hot Body
Not only is Stacy Keibler?s high-profile relationship with George Clooney making headlines, but so is her hot body. ?She is a diehard fitness person,? her longtime trainer, Juliet Kaska, tells In Touch. Even while Stacy traverses the globe with her man, she still squeezes in a workout. ?I have bands that I pack in my suitcase,? the star, 31, told In Touch at the Appleton Estate Reserve Remixology finals. ?I always make a commitment to try to get in my exercise while I?m gone.?
Kaska explains Stacy?s traveling workout consists of three 20-minute segments where she uses GoFit resistance bands with handles and ankle attachments to do lunges, squats and upper-body moves. However, since returning from her escapades with George, Stacy has been meeting with Kaska in LA at least five days a week for interval circuit training that lasts an hour and a half! ?I decided to add in heavier traditional weight training to make her legs more defined and longer than ever,? Kaska tells In Touch. Along with doing leg presses ? sometimes with 230-pound weights ? Stacy also works with a 7-pound Contour Kettlebell and holds the plank position to work her core.
Clearly, Stacy is one tough cookie ? George had better stay on her nice side!
