It's summer! Time for the networks to burn off some of their more, shall we say, expendable projects. Enter 'Love Bites' (Thurs., 10PM ET on NBC), the new romantic comedy anthology series featuring a stable of familiar faces (Greg Grunberg, Guillermo Diaz, Constance Zimmer).On Thursday's episode, Kurtwood Smith, who's probably best known for playing hard-ass dad Red Foreman on 'That '70s Show,' starred as a more understanding father who offers a congratulatory toast minutes after learning that his gay son plans to marry his partner. Smith's wife, however, had a more nervous and negative reaction to the big news, to put it lightly.
