A month after being arrested on suspicion of drunk driving, Jaime Pressly pled not guilty as she faced two counts of DUI in an LA court on February 4. The My Name Is Earl actress, who allegedly had a blood alcohol content of nearly three times the legal limit when she was pulled over for a traffic violation in Santa Monica, Calif., on January 5, could land in jail for up to 6 months if convicted. In other bad news, Jaime, a mom to 3-year-old son, Dezi, filed for divorce from her husband of just over a year, Simran Singh, in January.
