Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez: Two musical talents that go hand-in-hand. Or is that arm-in-arm. The 16-year-old "Baby" singer and the 18-year-old Wizards of Waverly Place star were spotted by TMZ on a date at the International House of Pancakes in Philadelphia, prior to their appearance at the Q102 Jingle Ball in NY on Wednesday. Not only, a the above photo attests, did they leave the pancake restaurant with their arms intertwined, but TMZ reports that they held hands and looked awfully "cuddly" as they enjoyed their shared meal in a corner booth. We know we?ve already told you that Lady GaGa has had eight different waxworks made and each $300,000 model is going to be unveiled in various cities around the globe, but there?s something about seeing them in the flesh, so to speak, that?s making us realise just how ridiculous this is - It?s more than $2million worth of wax for crying out loud! That is well and truly GaGa!!!

While other celebrities are busy earning more dubious honors, Selena Gomez is busy proving once again what a positive influence she is on the world. The 18-year-old Wizards of Waverly Place star has been nominated for a 2010 WIN Award, presented by the Women's Image Network, which strives to "shape positive pubic opinion about the value of women and girls by celebrating outstanding film and television that powerful and dimensional female media images." Gomez is nominated in the Actress Feature Film category for her work in Ramona and Beezus, an adaptation of a Beverly Cleary novel about a pair of sisters...
