The 16-year-old "Baby" singer and the 18-year-old Wizards of Waverly Place star were spotted by TMZ on a date at the International House of Pancakes in Philadelphia, prior to their appearance at the Q102 Jingle Ball in NY on Wednesday. Not only, a the above photo attests, did they leave the pancake restaurant with their arms intertwined, but TMZ reports that they held hands and looked awfully "cuddly" as they enjoyed their shared meal in a corner booth.
