Justin Bieber has something else to celebrate besides being named the reigning prince of YouTube. Radar Online reports that the 16-year-old "Baby" singer won't be facing charges in a case stemming from an October altercation at a Canadian laser-tag facility. A 12-year-old boy had claimed that Bieber punched him in the face on October 15 Planet Lazer Entertainment Center in Richmond, British Columbia, but police now say that there's insufficient evidence to press charge with.
