Pushing forth with her fitness efforts, Miley Cyrus kicked off her Thursday (April 12) with Pilates in West Hollywood, California.
The 19-year-old looked ready to tone her bones in a tight-fitting black spandex outfit while making her way into the local gym.
The outing comes just two days after Miss Cyrus kicked off her kicks for a good cause.
Of her shoeless day, the former "Hannah Montana" star tweeted, ?I?m going #withoutshoes today so kids don?t have to. Join me.?
As for the initiative, One Day Without Shoes is an annual event sponsored by TOMS Shoes to raise awareness for those who aren?t fortunate enough to own a pair of shoes.
